Éire Jewellery is a Mornington Peninsula-based jewellery and illustration brand by Matisse Stynes. Developed through her Bachelor of Arts (Fine Art) in Gold and Silversmithing at RMIT and Master of Arts in Jewellery & Metal at the Royal College of Art in London, Matisse’s practice is inspired by the connections between people, place and memory.
The Gaelic brand name Éire which translates to Ireland honours Matisse's Irish heritage and late father, Jim Stynes. It was his entrepreneurial spirit that inspired Matisse to launch her own brand.
Matisse's work explores uplifting relationships through familiar symbols, vibrant colour and precious metals. Each piece a reminder of joyful moments and meaningful connections.
In Éire’s latest collection, place-based illustrations bring sentimental locations to the walls of your home, while the corresponding charms allow you to carry those memories with you. Every illustration is hand-drawn and every jewellery piece is handcrafted by Matisse to the highest possible standard.
